Refund policy

Everything we sell is a digital file, so there is nothing to post back.

If a file will not open, arrives wrong, or is not what the product page described, tell us within 7 days and we will make it right - a replacement or a refund, no questions asked. After 7 days, ask anyway. We would rather fix it than leave you with something you cannot use.

Refunds go back to the original payment method. Banks usually take 5 to 10 business days to show them.

Buying gives your household the right to print and use the file as many times as you need. It does not cover reselling it, sharing it outside your family, or using it with a class or group. For classroom use, write to us and we will sort out a licence.
